Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or IT and professional security experience.
• Strong knowledge of firewall, VPN, ISE, WAF, NGSIEM/EDR and cloud security.
• Ability to lead security modernization initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own BAU operations delivery for network and cloud security services with SLA adherence.
• Lead major incident management and post-incident RCA tracking.
• Operate Palo Alto controls across network and cloud environments.
• Run security change/release governance with risk assessments and CAB.
• Oversee monitoring, alert tuning, and service reliability.
• Drive continual service improvement and automation to reduce toil.
