Job summary

Talenza is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to shape our Azure environment, define standards, guardrails and target-state architecture. This role sits in our Architecture Centre of Excellence and partners with Cyber Security, Platform Operations and senior stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient cloud solutions.

In this broad role you will influence cloud strategy and platform direction, design landing zones, governance, and operational patterns across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Strong Azure cloud architecture experience within a complex enterprise.
• Experience designing or governing Azure landing zones and guardrails.
• Deep knowledge of Azure networking, identity, security and governance.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and policy-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Excellent stakeholder communication with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Azure architecture standards and guardrails across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Shape cloud roadmaps and guide landing zones, connectivity, and security.
• Embed secure-by-design principles and support governance forums and assurance activities.
• Identify risks and remediation opportunities, coordinating with cyber security and risk teams.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure resilient, cost-effective cloud outcomes.
