Job summary

Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking an IT Infrastructure and cloud engineer to provide comprehensive end-user support across multiple sites and remote users. The role requires strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, and VOIP systems, with a focus on delivering reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience. ITIL certification a plus.
• Experience/Technical: Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting end-users and PCs, Windows network environments, cabling, network/telephony patching, and comms room management
• Experience & working knowledge: MS Active Directory, end-user computing hardware deployment & configuration, IP Telephony, networks (LAN/WAN), video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first, second, and third level IT support across multiple sites and remote users.
• Review and resolve escalated incidents with IT Service Desk.
• Assist IT Business Relationship Managers by communicating site needs and issues.
• Maintain end-user computing, networking, and telephony services with attention to security and SLA.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors to deploy, upgrade, and decommission IT hardware and software.
