Brennan IT Pty in Sydney is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Managed Cloud and Infrastructure portfolio. You will lead the roadmap, define service levels, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

You should bring 5–8 years in product management, strong cloud knowledge, and a data-driven approach to optimise value for customers. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office, collaborating with engineering, sales and operations to

The role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our Managed Cloud and Infrastructure portfolio, spanning hyperscaler managed services, private and sovereign hosting, compute and storage, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud consumption models.

You will need to be comfortable forming a view, challenging assumptions and holding clear product boundaries.

Based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

What makes this role different?

• Real product ownership: Set and drive the roadmap, defend your priorities and own the outcomes from initial investment case through to launch, performance and retirement.
• Cloud portfolio influence: Shape Brennan’s managed cloud, infrastructure, hosting, backup, disaster recovery and sovereign cloud offerings.
• Data-led decision making: Work directly with adoption, attach, cost-to-serve, exception and churn data to determine where the portfolio should go next.
• Commercial impact: Protect product scalability and margin by defining clear service boundaries, consumption models and repeatable delivery approaches.
• Cloud, FinOps and AI: Turn hyperscaler developments, partner changes and emerging AI capabilities into practical product decisions and customer propositions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for Brennan’s Managed Cloud and Infrastructure portfolio, including hyperscaler managed services, private and sovereign hosting, compute and storage, backup and disaster recovery.
• Build investment cases, defend roadmap sequencing and determine what is built, changed, rationalised or retired.
• Define clear product scope, service tiers, inclusions, exclusions, service levels, responsibility boundaries and assumptions.
• Use adoption, attach, cost-to-serve, exception and churn data to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Create scalable and repeatable services that balance customer requirements, delivery capability and commercial viability.
• Own cloud consumption and cost models.
• Translate hyperscaler platform developments, partner program changes and end‑of‑support transitions into new offerings, product enhancements and migration pathways.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into both your product management practice and the products Brennan takes to market.
• Lead launch readiness across delivery, support, tooling, billing, pricing, contracts and enablement.
• Measure product performance against the original business case and use the evidence to inform future portfolio and investment decisions.
• Convert recurring customer and deal exceptions into structured product improvements rather than repeated one‑off solutions.

What you will bring:

• 5–8 years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally within IT services, managed services or a technology vendor environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap.
• Strong cloud and infrastructure knowledge across hyperscaler platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, hosting, virtualisation, backup and disaster recovery.
• An understanding of cloud consumption and cost models, with exposure to FinOps highly regarded.
• Strong data‑led decision‑making skills.
• Commercial literacy across pricing, cost‑to‑serve, margin mechanics and business cases.
• Experience maintaining clear product scope and managing commercial pressure for bespoke solutions.
• The ability to influence and drive decisions.
• AI fluency is highly regarded, whether through delivering AI‑enabled products or using AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your own work.
