Qualifications

• Experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building scalable data platforms, pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Strong Python and/or Java development skills.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, batch and streaming processing, plus modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance and support cloud-based data platforms, pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
• Transform complex source data into trusted, high-quality assets for reporting, analytics and business decision-making.
• Develop and improve automated data processing, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure solutions using modern data engineering tools and practices.
• Partner with business, analytics and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Contribute to platform performance, security, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
