Job summary

LiveBig is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner for its Northern Perth team. The role covers Osborne Park and Kingsley with flexible full-time or part-time arrangements (minimum four days per week).

You’ll conduct assessments, develop PBS plans, and deliver supports across home, community, and telehealth settings. NDIS registration is mandatory, with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behavior Support Practitioner (mandatory).
• Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive PBS assessments.
• Develop evidence-based Behavior Support Plans.
• Deliver person-centred recommendations and interventions.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting.
• Deliver supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
• Manage appointments and service delivery across home, community and telehealth settings.
