Job summary

You will ensure governance and regulatory compliance, coordinate trials and teletrials, screen and recruit participants, and maintain accurate trial records while working across multiple clinical specialties.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional registration with AHPRA (where applicable) and/or postgraduate qualifications or professional development relevant to clinical research.
• Experience in clinical research or clinical trials, with a sound understanding of research governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement clinical trials and teletrials across a range of clinical specialties at Latrobe Regional Health.
• Coordinate the implementation and day-to-day management of clinical trials and teletrials, including participant screening, recruitment, consent, visits and study activities.
• Maintain accurate study documentation, databases and clinical trial records, ensuring data quality, integrity and compliance with study protocols.
• Liaise with sponsors, investigators, clinicians, research staff and participants to support effective trial delivery and communication.
