Western Sydney University invites applications for a Full-time, 2-year fixed-term HEW Level 8 leadership role at the Campbelltown campus. You will lead the Faculty of Health’s clinical trials portfolio, ensuring start-up to close-out delivery within timelines and budgets, and in line with regulatory requirements.

You will develop governance frameworks, advise senior stakeholders on compliance and resourcing, oversee budgets and contracts, and drive adoption of digital tools to enhance trial

Qualifikationen

• Extensive clinical trials operations or management experience in university, health, industry, CRO or research environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, NHMRC, TGA, ethics, privacy and institutional compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing complex clinical trial operations, including budgets, timelines, reporting, governance submissions, contracts and stakeholder expectations.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Faculty of Health’s clinical trials portfolio from start-up through close-out.
• Develop and improve governance frameworks, procedures and systems to support compliant trial operations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, invoicing, contracts and reporting; manage sponsorships and partnerships.
• Lead clinical trial staff and resources and implement digital tools to improve trial operations and data management.
