Job summary
South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a strategic leader to drive clinical trials across the district. You will develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy, embed trials in routine care, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in health, medical, nursing, allied health, science or related discipline with postgraduate qualifications in clinical trials.
- Proven ability to lead governance, quality and compliance across large organisations.
- Track record of building multiple complex partnerships to advance clinical trials outcomes.
- Experience leading teams in clinical trials/health environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide LHD-wide strategic and operational leadership for clinical trials.
- Develop and implement the Research Strategic Plan for Clinical Trials.
- Strengthen governance, accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Build partnerships with universities, industry and NSW Health.
