Job summary

Smartways Logistics Holdings is seeking a Clinical Trials Support professional to help set up trials in SmartClinical and onboard sites for outbound shipments across facilities. You will interact with client project teams and trial sites, providing training and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams to align ETAs, delivery times, and packaging needs while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer and operations support role.
• Experience in clinical trials logistics including shipping of samples and investigational products.
• Experience in account management or client-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Set up new trials in SmartClinical and promote self-service while ensuring client support.
• Onboard sites and notify them about studies and required shipping procedures.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email.
• Provide training to site teams through onsite visits and video calls; travel is essential.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and LS Operations on study additions and ETAs.
• Create pricing proposals/quotes and provide analytical support for data and KPIs.
