Linear Clinical Research, based at Hampden House in Nedlands, WA, invites applications for a Budget and Contract Administrator. You will review budgets and contracts for clinical trial studies, support project set-up, billing, vendor management and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery at the Advanced Clinical Trials Centre.

The role focuses on contract and budget management, invoicing, and comprehensive administrative support across multiple trials.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project planning and administration, reviewing budgets, contractual agreements and scopes of work, while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process participant payments and reimbursements.
• Raise purchase orders and manage vendor records.
• Maintain accurate financial and contract documentation.
• Support the preparation and administration of trial contracts and agreements.
• Provide administrative support to ensure clinical trial projects run smoothly.
