Job summary

The Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) in Adelaide seeks an EMR Clinical Support Lead to drive clinical analytics adoption and lead digital health optimisation across the EMR program.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor objectives and ensure training attendance and evaluation, shaping improvements in work practices. This is a fixed-term, full-time role supporting innovative healthcare through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife or eligible for registration by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with current practicing certificate.
• Effective leadership skills including communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Registered Nurse / Midwife with at least three years post-registration experience.
• Expert knowledge of workflows in the nominated area of expertise and practical experience in EMR/Digital Health.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor goals, priorities and expectations for clinical analytics projects through all stages of analytics development and delivery.
• Ensure end-user attendance, competency assessment and evaluations are completed for training sessions.
• Contribute to ideas for improvement and review of work practices.

About the role

The EMR Clinical Support Leads will use specific subject matter expertise and knowledge to actively engage stakeholders and ensure adoption and continuous improvement of the EMR solution and is accountable for taking a clinical leadership role in WCHN for the EMR and Digital Health optimisation.

Key duties of the role

Skills and Experience

• Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Effective leadership skills, including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
• Registered Nurse / Midwife with at least three years post registration experience
• Expert knowledge of workflows in the nominated area of expertise and practical experience.
