Job summary

Essential Nursing and Disability Services seeks an experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations across SIL and community supports. You will ensure safe, person-centred care aligned with NDIS plans, working with managers, teams and stakeholders.

Lead clinical governance, coaching and performance, while maintaining compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards. AHPRA registration and a current driver’s license are essential for this on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
Experience in a clinical and/or operational leadership role
Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL service delivery
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Driver's Licence
Current First Aid & CPR
Ability to provide professional references

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day service delivery across SIL and community supports.
Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with participant goals.
Support rostering, shift coverage and resource allocation.
Monitor service quality, operational workflows and participant outcomes.
Maintain compliant, well-organised houses and services.
