Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Research Officer to support the clinical registry and research portfolio, focusing on ethics, governance and long‑term patient follow‑up. The role involves survivor interviews, data extracts, reports and governance submissions to ensure regulatory compliance.

The position is Full‑Time ongoing with hybrid options, requiring presence at Blackburn Business Centre. You will work with the Manager-Clinical Registries, Research & Evaluation to deliver high‑quality

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a degree with relevant experience or equivalent training in health/biomedical fields.
• Experience in research data collection, management, analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting research ethics, governance, submissions and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and monitor clinical registry data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform hospital follow‑up and QA checks, resolve data queries.
• Prepare data extracts and reports to support quality improvement and research.
• Administer patient quality of life interviews via telephone and document responses.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
