The Royal Melbourne Hospital in Parkville, VIC, is seeking a part-time Clinical Research Manager to support delivery of high-quality ICU clinical trials. You will lead Research Coordinators, oversee governance, and manage budgets under the Head of ICU Research.

You will ensure studies meet ethical and regulatory standards and contribute to building the research culture and supporting early-career researchers within the ICU team.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with experience in critical care and clinical research.
• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Two years' clinical experience in ICU or a relevant setting.
• Two years' experience as a Research Coordinator or in an equivalent role.
• Knowledge of Victorian legislation and NHMRC National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership in delivery of safe, high-quality care to ICU trial patients.
• Oversee and support a team of Research Coordinators; manage performance and delegation.
• Maintain high standards of clinical, research and staff governance within the unit.
• Coordinate your own portfolio of clinical trials.
• Work collaboratively with other Clinical Research Manager and team of Coordinators.
• Report to the ICU Nurse Unit Manager and Head of ICU Research.
