You will join Youth Justice, Department of Justice and Community Safety in Malmsbury, Victoria, relocating to lead statewide rehabilitation services for young people in custody and in the community. Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services addressing complex behaviours and reintegration.
• Contribute to strategic oversight of clinical operations for quality service delivery.
• Manage and develop staff through supervision, training and development.
• Collaborate with partners and other justice professionals to coordinate rehabilitation programs.
• Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues, program design and service improvements.
