Job summary

Justice is hiring to lead the Statewide Rehabilitation Services clinical team in Malmsbury, Victoria. This full-time role focuses on improving rehabilitation outcomes for young people in custody and community, guiding a skilled multidisciplinary team and shaping a culture of healing and accountability.

You will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and collaborate with justice partners to deliver evidence-based programs. Relocation support up to $10K is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as a psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse or occupational therapist.
• Holding a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services addressing complex behaviours.
• Oversee clinical operations, ensure quality service delivery and efficient resources.
• Mentor and develop staff through supervision and professional development.
• Collaborate with partners and justice professionals to coordinate rehab and behaviour programs.
• Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues and program design.
