Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria seeks a Clinical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services for young people in custody and in the community. • Registered professional in psychology, social work, mental health nursing or occupational therapy.
• Experience leading high-performing teams within complex service environments.
• Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation and behavioural intervention.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services addressing complex behaviours and support reintegration.
• Contribute to strategic oversight of clinical operations, ensuring quality service delivery and efficient resource use.
• Manage and develop staff through supervision, training and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with partners and other justice professionals to coordinate rehabilitation and behaviour management programs.
• Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues, program design and service improvements.
