Job summary

Uniting is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team in Western Sydney. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care to clients in their homes, assessing needs, developing and reviewing care plans, and coordinating care with families and the broader care team.

You will draw on your clinical expertise to support independent living with dignity and safety, while complying with AHPRA requirements and our values of compassion, respect, imagination and boldness.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and a relevant nursing qualification
• Experience in aged care or community nursing, or broader health-sector nursing experience with a genuine interest in aged care
• A commitment to contemporary, person-centred clinical practice
• Strong communication, organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to work resourcefully in the community
• A current Australian driver licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Uniting Home Care, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients across Western Sydney.
