Job summary

Employer Sponsored Jobs seeks an experienced Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join a well-established aged care provider in Tasmania. This full-time role focuses on maintaining high clinical standards, quality care, and continuous improvement across residential aged care services.

Working with the leadership team, you will contribute to clinical governance, compliance, audit readiness, staff support, and delivering exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian or equivalent nursing registration.
Previous experience in residential aged care settings.
Strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality systems.
Experience supporting audits and compliance processes.
Ability to interpret clinical data and implement improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Current National Police Check.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

Support clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor and maintain high standards of resident care.
Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities.
Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Support continuous quality improvement programs.
Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff.
Monitor clinical outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the management team.
Ensure compliance with aged care standards and legislation.
Promote best practice and person-centred care.
Contribute to a safe and positive workplace culture.
