Job summary

EML is welcoming applications for a Case Manager to join our supportive team in Tweed Heads, NSW. You will manage a portfolio of physical and psychological injury claims, building strong relationships with injured workers, employers and practitioners to support recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

• Strong customer service experience in medical, hospitality, retail or corporate fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Good computer literacy with ability to learn new systems.
• Strong communication, resilience and a customer-first mindset for rapport-building.
• Creativity, curiosity and initiative when engaging with stakeholders.
