Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Support professional to assist the Project Leader and Clinical Project Manager in coordinating all project activities. The role ensures compliance with SOPs, GCP and regulatory standards while maintaining quality and timelines for assigned projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, preparing status and finance reports, supporting budget allocation, and organizing internal and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience or education.
• 1 year of relevant clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishment and maintenance of project documentation per SOPs.
• Assist with periodic review/audit of files for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and track information, communications, documents, materials and supplies for projects.
• Review and manage payment details, and support processing of payments to study sites.
• Manage study-specific eTraining and oversee compliance from project team.
