Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a contractor in Australia to assist the Project Leader and Clinical Project Manager with project management activities. The role ensures SOPs, GCP and regulatory standards are followed to meet timelines and quality targets.

You will help maintain study documentation, coordinate meetings, assist with budgeting and invoicing, and keep internal systems updated. A Life Sciences degree and 1 year of clinical research experience are preferred, with strong MS Office and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience or education in operational systems and practices.
• 1 year of clinical research experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support project team with documentation, files and records per SOPs.
• Assist with project coordination, meetings and action tracking.
• Prepare status, budget and project reports for PMs.
• Coordinate study meetings and distribute minutes and actions.
• Maintain internal systems and dashboards with project data.
