GMHBA in Geelong is seeking an exceptional Clinical & Program Manager to lead the Clinical & Health Programs portfolio, shaping care models and delivering better health outcomes for members.

You will drive governance, manage Care Coordination, chronic disease management, and telehealth initiatives, and partner with executives, providers and stakeholders to build high-performing teams and sustainable programs.

Who we're looking for

You're an experienced healthcare leader who can move seamlessly between the boardroom and the clinical environment.

You love solving complex problems, leading change, and finding smarter ways to deliver better healthcare outcomes.

You'll bring:

• A clinical qualification in Nursing, Allied Health or a related discipline
• Significant leadership experience in healthcare, health services or clinical operations
• Strong expertise in clinical governance, quality, safety and risk management
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams
• Experience developing and delivering innovative health programs
• Commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to balance member outcomes and business performance
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Private health insurance experience will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in leaders who have successfully driven innovation and service excellence across the broader healthcare sector.
