The role requires registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and at least 2 years of experience, with flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

Registered Pharmacist with a valid Pharmacy Board of Australia licence.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, healthcare providers and the community.
Strong clinical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Commitment to patient-centred high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Providing professional pharmaceutical services to patients, including dispensing prescriptions, medication reviews, and patient counselling.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation, regulations, and policies.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participating in continuous professional development to stay informed of the latest industry trends and best practices.
Assisting in the management and oversight of pharmacy operations, including inventory control and stock management.
