Chemist Warehouse Caringbah is seeking a Pharmacist to join our fast-paced, customer-focused network. The role emphasizes high-quality dispensing, store and dispensary leadership, and patient care within a supportive team.

You will provide professional counselling, supervise interns and dispensary staff, and contribute to business strategies while upholding industry standards and compliance across Australian pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially-astute with business acumen and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts,
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations,
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing,
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions,
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants,
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

About you

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration,
• Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment,
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills,
