Job summary

You'll manage people, budgets and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring GCP compliance and a strong focus on investigator and site partnerships within AbbVie's ANZ pipeline. This is a 12-month max-term contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
• Minimum 5 years monitoring experience with at least 1 year in direct line management.
• Proven ability to build inclusive teams and drive pipeline delivery.
• Strong planning, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and study phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the clinical research team to deliver studies on time.
• Oversee site feasibility, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for assigned studies.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines and AbbVie SOPs.
• Collaborate with investigators, sites and cross-functional partners.
