Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in health care or scientific field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical research with leadership experience.
• Broad understanding of global pharma/biotech industries and drug development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across locations.

Responsibilities

• Develops site-specific engagement strategy for assigned sites.
• Manages relationships with investigative sites with a white-glove approach.
• Identifies and mitigates site needs and operational issues.
• Drives efficiency and consistency across studies and programs.
• Oversees performance metrics and KPIs across studies and sites.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to align AbbVie and site operations.
