Job summary

Bene Aged Care’s St Agnes team is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse for a full-time maternity leave contract. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing and care teams, and drive high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

Reporting to the Residential Care Manager, you will support quality improvement, ensure best-practice care standards, and build positive relationships with residents, families and health professionals.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in a Clinical Nurse, Senior Registered Nurse or similar leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing
Current National Police Check and all relevant certifications

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, coaching and support to nursing and care teams
Monitor and promote best-practice clinical care standards
Support quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities
Build positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families and health professionals
Assist with day-to-day clinical operations of the residential care facility
Lead by example and contribute to a culture of excellence and resident-centred care
