Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential aged care or a healthcare environment.
• Experience providing care for people with dementia.
• Current NDIS check.
• Strong knowledge of SIRS and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Ability to complete care plan reviews with residents and families.
• Experience in supervising and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Support residents, families and the care team across two facilities.
• Perform care plan reviews and assessments with residents and families.
• Provide supervision and guidance to care staff.
• Manage clinical assessments and after-hours client management.
• Uphold SIRS and Aged Care Quality Standards.
