Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Post-registration qualifications in nursing education or related field.
• Clinical experience relevant to hospital education and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competent nursing education across the hospital.
• Identify learning needs and support colleagues’ development.
• Act as a preceptor for new staff when delegated.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and provide day-to-day clinical education support.
• Implement and evaluate education programs.
