The role

Moree District Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator, with permanent and temporary full time or part time roles and casual opportunities available for up to 38 hours a week. The rate is $62.67 to $64.70 an hour plus superannuation, salary packaging and incentives.

The Clinical Nurse Educator supports and develops nursing staff across the hospital — planning and delivering education, guiding new starters and students, and keeping clinical practice current and confident.

What’s on offer

You may qualify for up to $10,000 in your first 12 months and up to $5,000 each year after that in fortnightly payments under the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme. Also on offer: salary packaging up to $9,000 for living expenses plus $2,600 for meal and entertainment, novated leasing, allocated days off each month for full-time staff, paid parental leave for eligible employees, ongoing training and professional development, and the Employee Assistance Program.
