St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside in Brisbane seeks a dynamic Clinical Nurse (Education) to lead clinical teaching within Cardiology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular services. The role supports staff development, delivers education events, and promotes evidence-based practice across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The 0.7 FTE (56 hours per fortnight) position reports to the Education Manager and requires extensive experience in education and cardiac specialties, with a focus on staff

Qualifikationen

• Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cardiology & Cardiothoracic and Vascular.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinically based education role (desirable).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (current, and/or working towards).
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical specialty (desirable).
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical teaching, and/or education in a healthcare setting, or equivalent (desirable).
• Current Advanced Life Support Certification (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Lead all aspects of clinical education and training within Cardiology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgical environments, including inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Assess staff clinical skills and support development through education events and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with the clinical education team to deliver evidence-based care and professional growth.
