St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside Chermside QLD is seeking a dynamic Clinical Nurse (Education) to join our Education Team. The role focuses on education for Cardiology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular services, promoting evidence-based practice and staff development across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cardiology/vascular education, a current AHPRA registration, and postgraduate credentials in teaching or clinical education, with

Formación

• Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Cardiology & Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgical fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinically based education role (desirable).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (current, and/or working towards).
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical specialty (desirable).
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical teaching, and/or education in a healthcare setting, or equivalent (desirable).
• Current Advanced Life Support Certification (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Promote clinical excellence and staff development.
• Assess clinical skills of staff.
• Assist with clinical education events.
• Support other education activities within the hospital in collaboration with the education team.
• Involve inpatient and outpatient areas within Cardiology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgical specialty environments.
