Job summary

Talent Quarter is partnering with a leading health service in Tasmania to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse. In this role, you will provide specialist clinical care, education and support to adults and young people living with diabetes, helping patients build confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualifications, or ADEA membership of high desirability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to time management and organisation.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical care, education and support to adults and young people living with diabetes.
• Help patients build confidence and independence in managing their health.
• Collaborate with the health service team to deliver aligned care.
