BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Yeppoon Capricorn Aged Care Facility. You will lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care and provide expert clinical guidance to support complex care needs and positive resident outcomes.
You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, champion infection prevention, and ensure documentation and governance compliance. AHPRA RN registration and aged care experience are essential.
