BlueCare — part of UnitingCare Queensland — is seeking a Clinical Nurse to lead community-based nursing care in Biloela. You will oversee service portfolios, guide frontline staff and ensure high-quality, person-centred care in residents' homes within the community.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and have experience in community or aged care settings.

With a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.
As our Clinical Nurse, you will be allocated a service portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through the provision of guidance and mentorship. The role will hone into your effective decision making and clinical experience where you will provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
