Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a permanent full-time Clinical Nurse at Labrador Gardens Aged Care Facility. Weekend work may be required.

The role focuses on expert clinical leadership, care planning, documentation and quality improvement to support high-quality, resident-centered care. Essential qualifications include AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and at least three years of RN experience, with knowledge of ACFI and strong multidisciplinary teamwork.

• Intermediate computer skills and accurate clinical documentation capability

Responsibilities

• Remuneration: $59.43 – $60.70 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

The Clinical Nurse provides expert clinical leadership, guidance and support to care staff to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centred care. The role plays a key part in complex clinical decision-making, care planning, funding optimisation and continuous quality improvement, while ensuring care aligns with organisational values, best practice and accreditation standards.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide expert clinical leadership and advice in the management of complex resident care needs
• Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of resident care plans to promote health, wellbeing and quality of life
