UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager/Educator to join the Rathgar/Grafton team. The role blends hands‑on nursing four mornings per week with a leadership day to guide clinical care and staff development.

You will lead care delivery, drive quality improvement, and mentor nursing staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and a patient‑centred approach in a values‑led organisation.

Formación

• Current AHPRA nursing registration.
• Minimum four years post-registration experience, including at least three years in a relevant specialty.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership with coaching and staff development.
• Flexible, proactive, and person-centred approach.
• Desirable: experience within aged care services.
• Desirable: postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Palliative Care, or Education.
• Desirable: knowledge of evidence-based care and clinical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care during four morning shifts as a Registered Nurse.
• Lead clinical care delivery in line with best-practice standards.
• Coach, mentor and educate nursing staff to build clinical capability and a strong team culture.
• Drive continuous quality improvement in resident care.
• Oversee clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain a safe, positive, supportive care environment.
