We are seeking an experienced and inspiring full-time Clinical Manager/Educator to join our residential care clinical team at Rathgar in Grafton.
This role combines hands‑on nursing with clinical leadership and education. You will work four days per week as a Registered Nurse on the floor, on morning shifts, and one day per week in the Clinical Manager/Educator role.
You will deliver high-quality, person‑centred care, empower nursing staff, and provide clinical guidance to support excellence across all aspects of care delivery.

As Clinical Manager/Educator, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct nursing care during your four morning shifts as a Registered Nurse.
Leading clinical care delivery in line with best‑practice standards.
Coaching, mentoring, and educating nursing staff to build clinical capability and a strong team culture.
Driving continuous quality improvement in resident care.
Overseeing clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Collaborating with senior leadership to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive care environment.
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA nursing registration.
A minimum of four years’ post‑registration experience, including at least three years in a relevant specialty.
Demonstrated clinical leadership capability, with a strong focus on coaching and staff development.
A flexible, proactive, and person‑centred approach.
Desirable
Experience within aged care services.
Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Palliative Care, or Education.
Strong knowledge of evidence‑based care and clinical systems.
