UPA Aged Care Solutions in Grafton is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager/Educator to join Rathgar Lodge on a full-time basis. The role blends hands-on nursing four mornings per week with clinical leadership and staff education, supporting excellence in resident care.

You will empower nursing teams, drive continuous quality improvement, oversee clinical documentation and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with senior leadership to maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA nursing registration.
• Minimum four years post-registration experience, with at least three years in a relevant specialty.
• Strong clinical leadership with coaching and staff development focus.
• Flexible, proactive, and person-centred approach.
• Desirable postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Palliative Care, or Education.
