Job summary

The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) invites applications for a Registered Nurse to join Murray Vale Shalem in the Riverina Murray Region. You will deliver person-centred clinical care to senior residents, working within a supportive leadership and corporate team.

Applicants must hold unrestricted AHPRA RN registration and demonstrate knowledge of aged care standards; experience with dementia is valued. Flexible shifts and sponsorship may be considered.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team at Murray Vale Shalem in our Riverina Murray Region. You will bring a passion for person-centred care in providing exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community.

Murray Vale Shalem is a 60-bed aged care home located in Lavington, that provides exceptional care to members of the local community, with the ongoing support from a strong, engaged and seasoned leadership and corporate support team.

In fulfilling the role, it is essential that you have:

• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Open to post-graduate applications
• Affinity and experience (or willingness to gain experience) working with residents with dementia
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Excellent Team player who is highly motivated
• Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate
• Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate
• Availability to work various shifts across various days
