About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administration and Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Rathgar. In this vital role, you will ensure the facility is appropriately staffed in line with operational needs, aged care standards, and legislative requirements. You will also provide essential administrative support to assist the Facility Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This position suits someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for supporting a caring team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain effective staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and compliance.
