Job summary

Collar Care BH in the Albury region of NSW seeks a Clinical Manager to lead clinical teams in residential aged care and drive high standards of resident care. You will provide mentoring, governance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver continuous improvement.

Current RN with AHPRA registration and senior nursing experience is required; a pathway for career progression and a supportive environment is offered, including temporary accommodation.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Experience in residential aged care and senior nursing roles desirable.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager looking to take the next step in your aged care career?

Collar Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to join a well-established residential aged care provider in the Albury region of NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinical leader to step into a senior role, strengthen their leadership skills and progress their career within aged care.

The Role:

• Lead and support clinical teams within residential aged care
• Drive high standards of clinical care and resident outcomes
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance to nursing staff

What We're Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in residential aged care
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
• Experience in a senior nursing, Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
