Talent Quarter are proudly partnered with an outstanding aged care provider seeking an experienced Clinical Manager in South Western Sydney. You will lead a clinical team including four Clinical Care Coordinators, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.

With a base salary up to $140,000 plus Super and performance incentives, you will influence clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement within a well-resourced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in aged care clinical leadership roles.
• Experience in large facilities (100+ beds) is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with clinical systems and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure effective clinical governance, documentation, reporting and risk management
• Partner with the Facility Manager to achieve operational and quality outcomes

About the Role

This is a well-established, purpose-built aged care residence offering a high standard of accommodation and care within a calm, welcoming environment. The home is supported by strong systems, resources, and a collaborative leadership team.

This is a key leadership position where you will work closely with the Facility Manager and lead a well-established clinical team, including four Clinical Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance and team performance across the home.
