Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Sydney is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join as Clinical Lead, combining high-level clinical practice with mentorship and leadership to elevate standards across our network.

You will lead clinical excellence in neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice, supervise clinicians, develop education programs, present workshops, and maintain a ~24-hour caseload weekly within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
• Extensive experience with neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice disorders.
• Experience mentoring or educating clinicians.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence in neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice disorders.
• Provide specialist mentoring and supervision to Speech Pathologists across the organisation
• Develop and deliver professional development programs and clinical education initiatives
• Present workshops and training sessions to clinicians
• Support evidence-based practice and clinical innovation
• Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 24 hours per week
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding client outcomes
