Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Clinical Supervisor – Speech Pathologist to lead and mentor a team delivering allied health services across Barwon. You’ll shape clinical practice, support clinicians, and drive high-quality outcomes for participants in the disability sector.

The role is full-time with a salary range of AUD 91,118 – AUD 112,646 per year (inclusive of annual leave loading), plus benefits such as superannuation, vehicle options, mobile, and laptop, with potential salary boosts up

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing as a Speech Pathologist.
• Experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrates mentoring, coaching, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues, including those completing their EFS program and early-career therapists.
• Drive clinical excellence and champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives.
• Foster learning and development activities to upskill the team and build capability.
• Collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets and improve participant outcomes.
• Promote Everyday Independence’s values and Clinical Model in daily work.
