Positive Mind Body is seeking a Clinical Lead to join our team in Brisbane or Adelaide. The role balances leadership with hands-on practice, offering complete autonomy and a genuine chance to shape service delivery, quality, and growth.

Your caseload is around 40–50% of your week, with the remainder protected for leading, supervising and building your team. You’ll have weekly clinical and leadership supervision and the support to scale clinical systems you believe in.

• Proficient-level Behaviour Support Practitioner with supervision or mentoring experience.
• Wants to lead and build clinical systems rather than just operate them.

Most clinical lead roles ask you to do two full-time jobs at once. This one doesn’t.

We’re hiring a Clinical Lead – Brisbane/Adelaide at Positive Mind Body, and we’ve built the role around what experienced practitioners keep telling us they want.

You won’t be just another number.

You’ll know everyone by name, and what you'll build will actually stick. You’ll have direct input into decisions on service delivery, quality and growth.

A balance that works.

Your caseload is around 40–50% of your week, so the reduction is real. The rest is protected time for leading, supervising and growing your team.

Supervision is for leaders as well. You'll get weekly clinical and leadership supervision. You won't be building this alone.

Flexibility and autonomy.

You'll work from home, set your own schedule and get no micromanagement. We trust you to do your job. Monthly in-person catch-ups keep us connected.

The package:

$115K–$130K + super + performance bonus + $1/km travel + relocation support + full admin support, so you can focus on what you do best.
