Job summary

Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Lead Psychologist to guide and grow our national team of Psychologists. You will lead with impact, shape clinical excellence, and support the development of clinicians across diverse settings.

You’ll mentor teams, champion evidence-based care, and contribute to internal training and career mapping initiatives while shaping future growth in paediatric and adult caseloads.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration (full ideally but provisional considered).
• Passion for helping clients reach their full potential.
• Strong communication skills—advocacy, mediation, and relationship building.
• NDIS experience (preferred but not essential).
• A current driver’s licence and registered vehicle.
