Job summary

Tasmania Government is seeking an Alcohol and Other Drug Clinical Lead to join Alcohol and Drug Services North. You will provide clinical leadership across a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality ATOD services in line with best practice and policy.

The role requires leadership experience in a community ATOD setting, with a strong focus on supervision, quality and safety, and ongoing professional development. This is a permanent full-time position in Tasmania.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years post graduate clinical experience in the context of an alcohol and other drug service.
• Holds or is working towards a relevant tertiary qualification in alcohol and/or other drugs (AOD).
• Current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and management of a multidisciplinary community ATOD service.
• Oversee designated clinical processes including intake, crisis response, interim support, assertive case management and team coordination.
